Getting connected
- Connect your own account from Profile, Integrations and switch on only the features you want. Each one asks Google for its own permission.
- If your Workspace administrator restricts third-party apps, ask them to allow Orchestri.
Good to know
- Your connection is personal. Teammates never see your mailbox or calendar.
- Disconnect at any time. Imported Google data can be reviewed and deleted from the same page.
- Meet recordings and transcripts are not imported.

- Disconnect at any time. Contact support to remove imported Microsoft data.

- Every post comes from a governed template, and you can require approval before anything goes out.

How connections work

You authorize it. Permissions follow the features you turn on. You can switch it off.

The same rules apply to every connection on this page.

You authorize each connection

Google and Microsoft are personal connections: you connect your own account from Profile, Integrations. Slack, CRM, and accounting connections are made by a workspace administrator from Setup, Integrations.

Permissions follow the features you enable

Each feature asks the provider for its own permission when you turn it on, and Orchestri uses only what you have granted. Connecting an account does not switch on inbox organization or drafts by itself.

Manage or remove connections in Orchestri

Reconnect or disconnect from the same page. Disconnecting removes the credentials from use and asks the provider to revoke them where supported. You can also revoke Orchestri in your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Disconnecting is not deleting

Records already imported stay until you delete them. Imported Google data can be reviewed and deleted from Profile, Integrations; for anything else, email support@orchestri.ai. Stored credentials are encrypted.

The Privacy Policy describes what connected services provide and how it is used. The data controls page walks through disconnecting, revoking access at the provider, and deleting imported data.
