Manage connections, exports and deletion
Effective date: · legal-2026-09-10.v3
Disconnect Google or Microsoft
Open your account menu, choose Profile, then Manage integrations. Open the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 connection and select Disconnect. This stops future access through that connection and removes its credentials from active use. Orchestri attempts provider revocation where supported. Other users’ connections and the original records in Google or Microsoft are not deleted.
Revoke access at the provider
You can also remove Orchestri’s access in your Google Account third-party connections or Microsoft account/app permissions. If your organization manages permissions, ask its administrator for help. Revoking permission stops authorized provider access; it does not delete information already imported into Orchestri.
Delete eligible imported Google data
After disconnecting Google, open “Delete imported Google data” in Profile Integrations. Preview the identified records, review their scope and confirm deletion. Follow the displayed progress and any remaining-action instructions. This does not delete information in Google.
Some records combine information from more than one source or must be retained for a lawful purpose. A deletion result for identified eligible records does not mean every related record has been removed. Contact support@orchestri.ai with the request reference for review of remaining records and an explanation of any retention exception.
Request broader deletion
Email support@orchestri.ai to request deletion of other Google data, Microsoft imports, recordings, transcripts, derived information or other Customer Data. Identify the account, workspace and categories you want addressed. We verify your identity and authority, determine the request’s scope and explain the outcome or any records that must be retained.
Export your data
Use available export controls for supported records when your workspace permissions allow. For other available exports, contact support@orchestri.ai with the workspace and record categories. Arrange exports before ending access. After termination, contact support promptly about eligible data that remains available; termination does not itself provide continued product access.
Account deletion and workspace deletion
Deleting a user account is different from deleting an entire workspace. An individual request does not authorize deletion of other users’ data. A workspace owner should arrange required exports, transfer ownership if needed and confirm authority to delete shared records. Contact support for help coordinating those steps.
Verification and retained records
We may ask for account or administrator confirmation and proportionate additional information to verify a request. Do not send passwords, OAuth credentials or full payment details. Eligible data is deleted or deidentified within a commercially reasonable period after a verified request, subject to protected backup cycles and legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution retention. Retained records remain restricted to their permitted purpose.
For questions, remaining records or an appeal, email support@orchestri.ai. Include the request reference if available so support can review its status and explain the next steps.
