Google Cloud and Firebase

Purpose: application hosting, database and file storage, authentication, and infrastructure logging and security. Data categories: account and workspace information, Customer Data needed for hosted features, credentials protected by the relevant service, and operational/security records. Processing role: infrastructure and authentication service provider. Use: core service infrastructure. Application hosting includes the United States.

Stripe

Purpose: subscription payment processing, billing administration and payment fraud prevention. Data categories: billing/contact information, payment details supplied directly to Stripe, subscription and transaction records. Processing role: payment service provider; Stripe may also act independently for its legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations. Use: when a Customer uses Stripe payment and billing features.

Resend

Purpose: delivery of transactional email such as account and invitation messages. Data categories: recipient addresses, message content and delivery records. Processing role: email delivery service provider. Use: when transactional messages are sent through this service.

Customer-selected integrations

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are connections selected by the Customer or Authorized User. They provide access to the capabilities the user authorizes, and process data under the Customer’s relationship with that provider. They are distinct from Orchestri’s hosting and email-delivery providers. Orchestri remains responsible for its own use of data received through those connections.
