Cadence electronic Order Form

The order summary identifies the Customer and workspace, Orchestri Cadence, purchased user capacity, price per user, billing interval, recurring total, currency and service-start treatment. The terms displayed in that summary form this Order Form when accepted by an authorized representative of the Customer.

Standard Cadence is $49 USD per purchased user per month, with a minimum of one purchased user, billed monthly in advance. It automatically renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial. The actual rate, capacity, interval and any negotiated terms are those displayed in the Customer’s order summary.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access ordinarily continues through the paid-through date, subject to suspension rights in the Agreement. Cancellation does not create an automatic prorated refund. Customer may use Orchestri Billing or the linked Stripe Customer Portal to schedule cancellation or contact support@orchestri.ai for assistance.

Stripe processes payment. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise; any tax collected is displayed before payment confirmation. The paid subscription starts when payment succeeds unless the Order Form expressly states another start treatment.

By affirmatively accepting, the representative confirms authority to bind the named Customer, accepts this Order Form and the linked Terms, acknowledges the Privacy Policy and authorizes the displayed subscription and its renewals. Saving the agreement and continuing to payment are separate steps. The order receipt identifies the accepted document versions and order reference. Subsequent changes do not rewrite the Customer’s earlier accepted order.
