Orchestri at Ai4
Connect supported customer, revenue, agreement, and delivery context. Give Maestro the business evidence needed to prepare better answers and actions—while preserving sources, permissions, and human approval.
Three entry paths
The product path and the implementation path stay distinct.
Available now
Run customer relationships, deals, agreements, forecasting, and follow-through in the Orchestri workspace.
Guided configuration
Use supported CRM records as read-only inputs while the source CRM remains unchanged.
Scoped integration
Plan the sources, permissions, mappings, measures, and governance required across systems or business units.
Product artifact · Demonstration data
A reviewable operating artifact—not a generic dashboard. Open any item to inspect its evidence, reason, affected work, recommendation, approval boundary, and data freshness.
material opportunities changed
commitments lack a named owner
agreement is blocking delivery
moved outside the expected period
recommended responses ready for review
source coverage across priority records
All values are illustrative. “82% source coverage” means 82% of the sample priority records contain the required fields from an agreed source; it is not a benchmark or promised outcome. Execution is available only for supported actions and remains subject to permissions and approval.
Agent control pattern
A recommendation can be useful without being automatically executable.
Prepare a response from the supported context and show why it matters.
Show the proposed work and its evidence before anything changes.
Keep the accountable person in the decision.
Perform only a supported, permitted action; some recommendations remain advisory.
Retain the approved action context where the product workflow supports it.
How Orchestri works
A conservative technical shape for turning supported customer and revenue context into reviewable work.
Use supported records and configured inputs that the workspace is authorized to access.
Organize the operating record without hiding where the underlying information came from.
Use the context available to the current workflow and configured permissions.
Maestro presents the observed change, supporting sources, recommendation, and known uncertainty.
A person inspects consequential work before any supported execution step.
Source identity is preserved in the experience where supported. Connected coverage, refresh behavior, duplicate handling, and data quality depend on the configured source and implementation scope.
This site does not claim a universal entity-resolution system, guaranteed freshness, automatic contradiction resolution, or unrestricted cross-system access. Missing or stale context should remain visible to the reviewer.
Current Overlay boundary
Current supported Salesforce and HubSpot Overlay access is read-only. Orchestri can use supported records for views, answers, risks, and recommendations without modifying the source CRM.
Salesforce: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities. HubSpot: Companies, Contacts, Deals.
Orchestri may hold Orchestri-native workflow information and prepare recommendations separately. External CRM writeback is not part of the current read-only Overlay boundary.
It prevents Orchestri from corrupting or changing source CRM records, preserves clear source-system ownership, and creates a bounded proof-of-value path. It does not eliminate access, privacy, integration, or governance risk.
Inspect the Overlay boundary →MCP status
The marketing repository contains no verified, conference-ready MCP tools, resources, authentication flow, or permission model. Orchestri therefore does not present MCP access as available now.
Capability ladder
The label is part of the product claim: it tells you what can be used now and what still requires planning or proof.
Native CRM customer and revenue workflows within supported product surfaces.
Salesforce and HubSpot read-only Overlay plus the first operating-view setup.
Additional systems, mappings, data quality, permissions, and governance.
Unverified connector breadth, public MCP access, and standardized portfolio rollups.
Honest boundary
Orchestri does not promise to consolidate an acquired company in hours. It helps leadership establish the operating model and first useful view without waiting for complete consolidation.
